Brewery Station was a master-planned 19-acre site purchased in 1998. In December 1999, 80,000 sq. ft. was added to the 206,000 sq. ft. building. Phase 1 of the poject was the acquisition of the larger part of what is today Micro Solutions Enterprises. The other 80,000 sq ft was developed later.
